At Omega Perfumes, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience by offering only 100% authentic perfumes. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Damaged or Leaking Product – If your perfume arrives broken, leaking, or visibly damaged.
  2. Incorrect Item Received – If you receive a different fragrance, size, or variant than what was ordered.
  3. Defective Spray Mechanism – If the spray nozzle is faulty, clogged, or not working properly.
  4. Tampered or Unsealed Packaging – If the product is delivered with a broken seal or missing original packaging.
  5. Expired or Near-Expiry Product – If the perfume is past its expiration date or close to expiry.
  6. Missing or Incomplete Order – If part of your order is missing, such as a perfume from a set or an accessory.
  7. Duplicate Order Placed – If an order was placed twice by mistake.

Mandatory Unboxing Video for Returns & Refunds

  1. clear unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or refund request.
  2. The video must start before opening the package and clearly show the shipping label, packaging, and product condition.
  3. Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to initiate a refund or replacement.

Return Conditions:

  1. The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
  2. Returns must be requested within 1 day of receiving the order.
  3. Any free gifts or promotional items received with the order must also be returned.
  4. We do not accept returns for perfumes that have been used, tested, or opened, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer support at email: omegaperfumes.in@gmail.com within 1 day of receiving the order.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear images of the product (if damaged or defective).
  3. Once approved, we will arrange for a free pickup or provide instructions for return shipping.
  4. After the inspection, a replacement or refund will be Credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
  2. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged items.
  3. We reserve the right to decline a return if the product does not meet our return conditions.
