Return & Refund Policy
At Omega Perfumes, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience by offering only 100% authentic perfumes. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Damaged or Leaking Product – If your perfume arrives broken, leaking, or visibly damaged.
- Incorrect Item Received – If you receive a different fragrance, size, or variant than what was ordered.
- Defective Spray Mechanism – If the spray nozzle is faulty, clogged, or not working properly.
- Tampered or Unsealed Packaging – If the product is delivered with a broken seal or missing original packaging.
- Expired or Near-Expiry Product – If the perfume is past its expiration date or close to expiry.
- Missing or Incomplete Order – If part of your order is missing, such as a perfume from a set or an accessory.
- Duplicate Order Placed – If an order was placed twice by mistake.
Mandatory Unboxing Video for Returns & Refunds
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or refund request.
- The video must start before opening the package and clearly show the shipping label, packaging, and product condition.
- Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to initiate a refund or replacement.
Return Conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
- Returns must be requested within 1 day of receiving the order.
- Any free gifts or promotional items received with the order must also be returned.
- We do not accept returns for perfumes that have been used, tested, or opened, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- After inspection, the replaced product will be delivered with 5-6 working days.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer support at email: omegaperfumes.in@gmail.com within 1 day of receiving the order.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear images of the product (if damaged or defective).
- Once approved, we will arrange for a free pickup or provide instructions for return shipping.
- The refund processing time will be 2-3 days.
- After the inspection, a replacement or refund will be Credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged items.
- We reserve the right to decline a return if the product does not meet our return conditions.
